Recently, Professor Ran Cheng and Dr. Cheng He from the EMI research group were invited to be co-chairs of the 2020 IEEE MBEA (Model Based Evolutionary Algorithms) seminar.

The IEEE MBEA seminar is one of a series of seminars under the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS). It was founded by Mr. Cheng Ran in 2015 and has been successfully held in Greece, the United States, India, and China for 4 sessions, the latest one. It will be held in Australia in December this year.
