Hao Tan is a SUStech-Leeds joint PhD student (2021 – ), supervised by Prof. Ran Cheng and Prof. Nabi Omidvar. He received the B.Eng. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from SUSTech in 2020. Before being admitted by the SUSTech-Leeds joint PhD programme, he was a RA with EMI group, supervised by Prof. Ran Cheng.

Hui Bai received her bachelor and master degree from Xiangtan University. Currently, she is a Ph.D student of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology. Her research interests are evolutionary computation, optimization problems in logistics.

Leta Yobsan Bayisa received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2021 and 2023, respectively, in software engineering. He is currently a Ph.D. student at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Southern University of Science and Technology. His research interests include deep learning and computer vision.

Tao Jiang received his bachelor’s and master’s degree from the Lanzhou University of Technology. Currently, he is a joint Ph.D. student between the Southern University of Science and Technology and the Peng Cheng Laboratory. His research interests include evolutionary computation, optimization problems in scheduling.

Teng Wang received his bachelor’s and master’s degree from Sun Yat-sen University. Currently, he is a joint Ph. D. student between Southern University of Science and Technology and The University of Hong Kong. His research interests include neural architecture search and self-supervised learning.

Woldeyes Surafel Kifetew received his bachelor’s degree in software engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2021 and his master’s degree in computer science and engineering from Central South University in 2023. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Southern University of Science and Technology. His research interests include edge computing, optimization, and deep reinforcement learning.
